The service provided by James and Thomas (Merrow) was excellent. Anita was very sympathetic and caring whilst managing to organise everything for us. Sam and the team were very dignified and respectful in carrying out their duties as pallbearers. I can highly recommend James and Thomas.

Having had to arrange my mum's Funeral from over 250 miles away and with no base in Guildford I was delighted with the support, advice and attention to detail offered by Angela and her team at the Woodbridge Rd office. She arranged an excellent Funeral Celebrant in Malcolm Cook to lead the service and I have nothing but praise for the funeral director and attendants. Such a relief to me that the whole process went smoothly with everything covered sensitively. I would recommend James & Thomas without reservation.

The sensitive care and support we received, especially from Anita, was superb and very genuine. The quiet support and advice from the Pall bearers team really helped the family members who were carrying the coffin.

As a family we were very happy to have chosen James and Thomas Funeral Directors. Angela from the Woodbridge Hill branch was very efficient and compassionate in the way she guided us through my mothers funeral arrangements. Sam and his team made sure everything we planned for went smoothly at the crematorium and was a great comfort to us. I would highly recommend this company.

Anita looked after all of us so well. At a time of such emotional strain she supported us all! She gave us time and patience and arranged things so professionally! My lovely Dad’s funeral was exactly as we had planned. Anita’s organising and attention to detail made it such a special memorable day. She communicated well and managed to say exactly the right things when we were feeling lost! This made us all feel so much better at a terribly difficult time. I feel Dad had the best send off thanks to Anita. And, she gave amazing hugs too which was just what we all needed!!! x
