We said goodbye to our Mum yesterday and the care and support we received from the team has been second to none. From that first horrendous phone call to today when Joyce our Funeral Director called me to see how we were, the team went above and beyond our expectations. No-one wants to think about having to use the services of a Funeral Director, but if you find yourself in the sad situation of having to do so, then your loved one, you and the rest of your family will be in extremely caring and safe hands.

We said goodbye to my beautiful Mummy yesterday and it may seem strange to be straight onto Google to write this, however I wanted to make sure I did this whilst everything was fresh in my mind and thanked the wonderful staff at Guildford Co-op. It was so important to me, my Dad and brother that we chose the right place to look after Mum after very suddenly losing her a few weeks ago. Our priority was making sure she was looked after with dignity and care. On meeting Christina, she was so kind and we knew we were making the right decision in picking Co-op. We were in contact with her a lot leading up to the day and she was just wonderful in looking after us, carrying out our wishes and most importantly looking after my Mum. We also met with Ingrid who was wonderful too and took the time to also talk to us. Natalie led the day and she was truly incredible. Caring, kind and managed to lead everyone with such a wonderful manner. I cannot speak highly enough of Christina, Ingrid and Natalie. They made such a hard day that little bit easier and for that we just cannot thank them enough x

I would like to Thank Stuart and the rest of the team for their support and help for my fathers funeral. They were excellent throughout and I would recommend them to anyone who is dealing with a loss.

The ladies that work in there are absolutely amazing caring people and made the worst part of our life a bit easier.  They do anything for you to help I cannot praise them enough! Amazing at what they do people who actually care

I would like to thank and strongly recommend the staff at coop funeral care in Woodbridge hill in Guildford for the professionalism dignity and respect that they showed at all times .when dealing with my mothers cremation .They  made sure all aspect of the service went smoothly and gave my mum the send of she deserved .Thank you !

Kind and sensitive people who looked after a family friend extremely well. Would recommend.
