Amanda, her sister and all the team have been the most wonderful support since mum, Janie Thomson, died on 2 September.

A friend had recommended Amanda and she has made a difficult process so much easier and I will be eternally grateful for her kindness, empathy, professionalism, attention to every little detail, being constantly available whenever we needed. When she says you can ring any time, she really does mean it.

I felt total confidence in every arrangement Amanda made for us. She and her team were so discreetly supportive before, during and after the funeral.

I could not have wished for a more perfect person to “take us all under her wing”. Amanda, and the service she provides, are exceptional and I would think rather unique.

I will never forget, and will always be full of thanks, that you were the person to look after mum, and us, through this time.

I highly recommend Evelyn’s Funerals – totally professional, utmost care.

I can't fault the service & guidance we received in such a hard time. Excellent planning combined with professionalism and compassion. I strongly recommend Evelyn's funerals. We were looked after in every possible way. A loss is never easy, but not having to worry about the organisation is a huge relief. Amanda, I'm so very grateful for your excellent service, flexibility, availability & kindness.

I have taken my time to write this review since my mother died on 2nd September and had her funeral 29th September as it is very important to get the words right.  We met Amanda a short time before Mum died and she helped us put in place all the arrangements.  She took care of Mum when she passed and she took care of us all the time.  Nothing was too much trouble, we could contact her day or night, however small the worry.
She was kindness and support personified throughout.  She and her team were professional throughout, but with a very human touch.  I will never forget her and am so extremely grateful.  I cannot recommend her and her team highly enough.

We used Evelyn's funerals for our son Neil's funeral, we found them to very reasonable on the costs for the service they provided, The thing we liked about them was the fact that all there prices are displayed on there website and they do not pressure you into having things you don't want for your funeral, you choose what you want . The service we received was first class, and the compassion and dignity shown to us by Amanda and her team was outstanding, They made a difficult and distressing time much easier to cope with, I would thourouly  recommend them with no hesitation .Thank you Amanda and the team at Evelyn's Funerals.Alan Smith ,Bracknell
