James Kendall were the agent for the house that we were purchasing, and we found the whole process with them smooth and easy. Chloe showed us round the house and communicated our offer etc - she was lovely, gave us some good tips and info. Other members of their team Sandra and Matt were also exceptionally lovely and helpful. Even though they weren’t our agent for our sale it always felt like we could contact them if needed, they were always willing to help us. Would definitely recommend them!
From the outset Richard, James and Sandra were engaging and enthusiastic about the prospect of selling our property - even at the peak of the 2022 housing boom. Nothing was too difficult and the time energy and effort expended through viewings, advertising, campaigns and keeping us up to date was impressive. Both Richard & James are a breath of fresh air compared to other agents. They are passionate about what they do and the brilliant video tours really help to sell and is definitely the way forward when selling your home, as well as the wonderful video tour of the village and surrounding area this brought a tear to my eye, lovely video with beautiful accompanying music. Other agents would send a different person around on each viewing that had never been to the property before and one didn't even know where the front door was. So glad we ditched them and went with James Kendall. They keep you up to date on everything via a group WhatsApp message. When choosing an estate agent to sell my property I looked up local reviews and saw James Kendall were 5 star. I had 2 valuations and although James Kendall’s fees were slightly higher they were well worth the money! Matt looked after my sale and kept me up to date at all times and made everything as quick and easy as possible. Matt did a great video of the house along with the photos. Overall a really good experience and I would definitely recommend james kendall estate agents!
