Kye Andrews has been an absolute pleasure and I wish I had met him before selling my property with another estate agent who wasn’t on the ball. He always checked up on us and made sure we had the support and guidance we deserved even when he got nothing from it. I will definitely be using him in the near future.

We were selling a property in Bedford, 150 miles from where we live, so we were reliant on the local agents acting on our behalf..haart Bedford did not disappoint, always professional, always personal, always approachable, always keeping us in touch with developments. Superb marketing campaign, which achieved results with bids over the guide price, and eased the process through to completion by liaising with all parties involved. Oh, and going the extra mile??...how about popping out to lock the garage door which had blown open, or getting the final meter readings..?? Can't fault it! Recommend without hesitation.

Kye, Boyd and Frazer are exactly what you want in an Estate Agency. Not only do they get the best possible price for you but they make sure the sale goes through. To give perspective, we had 5 agents value our house in the same day. Haart valued our house at £15,000 MORE than the next closest valuation, then sold it within a week at full asking price. The sale  has just completed. What more could you ask for?!

I have been looking into purchasing my first home for a little while now and whilst the process can be quite daunting, Kye Andrews made me feel more than comfortable throughout the whole process. His knowledge within the property market is second to none and would highly recommend seeing him if you are interested in buying a house!!
