We couldn't recommend these guys more! You will get a 5* service with all the stress taken out of it, these guys do it all for you. We put our house on the market in July, sold within 2 days and we move today.! We picked these guys because on initial consultation they were friendly, approachable, professional, don't tie you into a contract and have a competitive rate. We have been so impressed. They sold our house for an amazing price, have made the process easy and stress free, kept us in the loop, chased solicitors and been at the end of the phone whenever we've needed them. We can't rate Goodacres high enough. We had our house on the market for 3 months with 2 other agents who were getting the viewings but not bringing in serious buyers. We decided to drop Goodacres an email and the next day Simon was round and we put it on the market with them. They marketed the house differently to the other agents, photos were fab and the experience was so positive and the best part... our house sold within days for the price we wanted.

All 3 guys have given us a 5 star service, kept in touch throughout and Simon even called within minutes of us exchanging contracts to congratulate us. If we needed answers or anything 'pushing along' then we knew we could rely on Goodacres to get results and nothing ever seemed too much and they were always happy to help and remained positive throughout.

Would recommend them 110% to anyone looking to sell their property through a reliable company who put their customers first and we can't even compare them to the other agents we used.

I used Goodacres as my Estate agent for the sale of my property through recommendation and I was certainly impressed. From the first instance they were very informative and guided me through an easy sale. The house had been on the market for some time with an alternative agency and had not sold. Goodacres had it on the market for 24 hours and managed to find a buyer. The entire process from start to finish was stress free. Thank you to the team there. I will certainly recommend in the future.

We were with another estate agent when we received a flyer from Simon and Jack at Goodacres. I popped in and asked what they do differently and the answer is they pay great attention to detail in your needs and sale.

Simon, Jack and Josh are great, their service is fantastic. They are slick dressers and Jack's trousers are just brilliant (sorry Jack, could not resist it).

What they do though is provide first class service. The initial meeting to talk about a contract was easy going and informative. The photos they took showed the house at its absolute best as they dressed the rooms and took time to really show what the house had to offer.

Their management of the sale was so good they sold us in 4 days flat! We were amazed.

The visits were all hosted and they spent quality time with prospective customers to really sell the features of the house. They also stayed after the visits to provide feedback.

The après sale process was also great, they were on the ball with the other estate agents and solicitors and pulled out all the stops when our sale looked as though it may falter.

So the question is whether the suits and the perfect hair make the difference or whether the attention to you as a customer and their understanding of your needs and management of the sale make the difference. Personally I think the latter but the slick dressing and hair was always fantastic.
