I was really pleased with the service offered. Sold our house quickly and to a nice buyer. Solicitors took ages but Connell's kept us well informed. Recommended to 3 friends who are all thinking about moving.

We have recently had a fantastic service from Connells in Bedford. We viewed a property we wanted to purchase in Bedford but had our house to sell. The guys at Connells were fantastic in putting our house on the market and finding us a buyer within just a week of marketing our property. This enabled us to secure our new property aswell. The process from start to finish was fantastic. Regular contact, regular feedback and always on hand to answer any questions or queries we had. We would have No issues in reccomending Connells to all friends and family. Cheers guys

Booked an appointment for Connell to value our house, a week in advance. Had a text confirming the visit. They didn't arrive. Called: they said they were on their way. They didn't arrive. Called: they said they'd moved the appointment for 6 hours later than planned. No apology. They seemed shocked to hear that I no longer wanted to use them. Genuinely, the worst service. Don't use them.

Just wanted to give a mention to Karan Rai. After speaking to so many agents and all of them asking about mortgages I must admit Karan is a cut above the rest. He was able to look through so many different lenders for me and found me a lender with a great rate to suit my needs. I fealt Karan was there to help me and not just in it for himself. If anyone is looking for mortgage advice I would most certainly recommend this guy. Cheers Karan and see you in a few years!

Agree with the rest of the negative comments. Awful customer service. Didnt turn up to the market appraisal and manager put the phone down on me. Would not recommend.
