We ordered a vegetarian meal for 2 but received nonveg meal for 2. When we called the restaurant the person on the phone was rude and kept on saying that since we opened the food we will not get any refund or a vegetarian meal. The problem is how the heck would we know if this is veg or non veg without opening the food? Finally after talking some sense into him he understood and agreed for a refund. Never ordering form this place again.
We always walk past this place and always empty or at least ever time we passed it. That was the main reason we didn’t try it being a chef myself. Then we decided to order a delivery. The price was reasonable until you see what you get for your money. The taste is bland on all the items we ordered! Being local myself I did give them the benefit of the doubt but they proved why they are so quiet. Few yards away there are two Indian restaurant both are not excellent far from it but much better than this place. Amazed how it’s still open. And the five star ratings? Did you have proper Indian foods?
Always fantastic food. Delicious. Fresh. Good service. We love this neighbourhood curry house!! We have dined in and ordered delivery and the quality is always the same.
Cravings satisfied. The food is nice. I had a e menu option so had the chicken tandoori with vegetable curry and basmati rice. They also have a buffet option which has a variety of their famous delicacies. The place and food is great! A must try!
Be wary here: food is reasonable quality and priced, however on two occasions they’ve tried to short change me. Overall you’d be better off trying any of the the slightly more expensive better service curry houses in the area.
if i could give a zero star i would - ordered on just eat at 13:30 to a notification at 14:30 saying that my food had been delivered - which is a lie. i had paid in full to just eat and no response from either of them someone needs to get back to me regarding this because this is an outrage - i will continue to call the restaurant and email them until it is resolved.

I visited this restaurant several times at it's previous premises and enjoyed the food. I was not very impressed with the food this time. The restaurant was also extremely cold on this occasion.
We made our order on the weekend. It arrived late and was not fresh. I believe this to be the drivers fault not the restaurant. After expressing this to the manager he was absolutely great and understanding. He offered the exact same order on a different day, totally free. The customer service is great and the person that was taking our initial order over the phone was very humorous and intelligent.
I regularly visit Jaflong for business meetings and family events. I also buy vouchers as gifts for my clients, when I want to treat them and make them feel special. I also use their home delivery service. The service is great, the food is outstanding and you can even bring your own drinks with you. I particularly love their Lamb Rogan Josh. I highly recommend this restaurant. You won't be disappointed!
