Service is good food is absolutely fabulous best Chinese in town honestly. The Chicken Chow Main nudges I Serena of them the wantans amazing the spring rolls just perfect. I love this place we order regularly
Worst Chinese we've ever had! Everything was drenched in oil. We ordered singapore rice noodles, box meal chicken balls, chips and fried rice, thai spring rolls. Nothing Thai about those greasy bland, flat chicken spring rolls, singapore rice noodles were far too oily, flavouring wasn't good either! Chips in the box were stale too. Very disappointed and definitely not worth £20!
COVENTRY'S WORST EXPERIENCE IN FAST FOOD 2 hours 15 minutes we waited - nothing came. 2 phone calls later - it was only '15 minutes away' each time. Liars, time wasters and if it was any other aspect of life, you'd face consequences. Do not use unless: - it's a Tuesday -there are no customers and they're using all of Monday's food
We usually use Jade House all the time and have found the deliveries slower each time used to be great and so fast. Tonight it was well over 2 hours, the order was wrong and all of it pretty lukewarm by the time we got it. Uber doesnt get updated and when I called the restaurant I got told the generic 10-15 minutes reply. By the time it arrived I had 7 minutes to eat before having to start work so not an enjoyable experience. Sad to say I doubt we will use them again.
One of the best Chinese take aways I've had for a long time. Delivery was a little slow but well worth the wait. I'll definitely be ordering again soon Food: 5/5
Ordered from here. Onion stir fry gorgeous. Chips: cold. Duck: cold and with impenetrable batter. Won't be ordering from there again!
The best and only Chinese food place I will eat from in my city! Awesome food and great delivery service.
The deliveries have got slower every week. A wait of 2.5 hours for 2 curries is ridiculous. The curry sauce was solidified, chips were obviously old and dried up and whole meal was cold.
Been there a few times tried different dishes . I must say the portions are very small. Taste of the food are not consistent . The portion on the menu mentioned Large size . But it was a small when I received it . Although price is reasonable but nothing else is good . Real disappointments.
The food took 2.5 hours to be delivered and called the restaurant and they said its because they are busy and will be sent out within 15 mins 30 mins later it is still not here. If they changed there wait time on uber then I would understand but they are still taking orders.
