Had a lovely afternoon here. The whole place was very chilled and nice to see the cats so relaxed and they all got on so well together. The staff were wonderful too! Would definitely recommend!Food: 5/5
Amazing atmosphere and great coffee and cake. Staff were also very friendly and helpful and it was great to chill with the cats. The price I paid for the 1 hour was £14.40 and was worth it as it included the coffee and cake aswell as the entry and towards the cats. All of the cats certainly had their characteristics especially Dobby as he woudnt stop keeping an eye on the food I will definitely consider visiting again when I am next down in Coventry and recommend it to any cat lovers that I know.
I love this place, it made my day. Unlike other cat lounges I’ve been to I genuinely feel like every cat is respected and happy here! Plus the staff gave us treats to offer to the Cats. Dobby & Bagpuss are for sure the stars of the show! Anyone looking for something nice to do, heres a good place :Food: 5/5
We walked by the window of The Cat Lounge. Conversation started, "That looks an interesting place," "Certainly different." Just then an interesting, unusual looking cat walked across the room inside the front window. I looked inside and realised that the people inside had eats and drinks, they all looked happy, enjoying the surroundings. The noticeable, unusual thing was that more cats were inside, some of them in a playful mood, so we thought we would give it a try. Wow . . . what an enjoyable experience! We met Spock, the Maine Coon, have a look at the video, and there's a picture of Casper, who we sat by! We shall most certainly be going back! If you are in Coventry's Market Way you must give The Cat Lounge a try.
The Cat Lounge is a great cat cafe! I've been there several times over the past 3 years and it has never disappointed. It's worth mentioning that it's pay by every 5 min. That's not for everyone but it's not bad for an animal cafe. They have a great selection of drinks and desserts. The coffee comes free with a long enough stay! I think it was 30 min but I'm not entirely sure. Both cats and staff are lovely. They have a few different breeds and all of them lead to an increased dopamine. Most cats avoid pets but just admiring them is enough.
Note that the prices are £1.20 per 5 minutes per person at December 2023. Quiet place, friendly cats, very large drinks that are free if you stay more than 15 minutes and tasty possibly-homemade cakes. Dobby pictured is the star of the show, he's fast, active and won't let you eat in peace in a funny way. As a cat cafe, excellent, as a place where you might want to eat in peace, not a hope.
Amazing cats, you can learn a lot about them from the stuff and their cards! They are playful and lovely. When one of them is awake you have to eat your cake standing because he loves to jump and taste it but he is not allowed to :X. If you love cats that's the best place for youFood: 5/5
Amazing cafe, the staff are friendly and helpful; all of the cats are really lovely and the coffee is really good too! Calming music and a really lovely environment to spend the afternoon. No children under 10, which really enhances the calm atmosphere! Can't wait to visit again Kid-friendliness: No children allowed
Always go here when we visit Coventry. Really relaxing atmosphere. Reasonably priced, much better value than the cat cafe in Birmingham. Drinks are free after staying 15 minutes. Young children are not allowed in, which makes it a lot calmer for cats and customers, unlike the cafe in Birmingham which we found chaotic. The cats are cute and we love interacting with them. Definitely recommend.
