Used my drop and go credit to pay for other customers parcels. Would not use again. Loads of my parcels never arrived to customers, which caused me huge problems.
I use this post office regularly and the staff are really nice. When you go in often enough you recognise the faces and know who it is providing you with the service. I haven't had any problems buy items or using the post office part.
This post office has the nicest and most friendly staff in all of Coventry. The service is fantastic. I wish the shop was a tiny bit bigger, people come too near when we are stood in the queue

Staff are lovely and pleasant here. It is quite refreshing when there are people with nice customer service skills.
I couldn't believe level of cutomer service from the person working in post office. So rude and so ignoring. If you are not sure how to fill up something don't expect anyone there will tell you. Will just move on next window and call next person. Never seen this before wowww
Excellent service, needed to send a parcel multiple parcels, this was no bother at all. Very friendly staff.
