Second time we used this takeaway first time average second time never again service was quick but food poor beef kung po and shreaded chicken were just a mush lesson learned ........will not return

We have used Jade before and it has been average! However on this occasion it was an absolutely disgrace. We were given a price including our food and delivery! Amongst other things the price that we were given during our telephone conversation increased by £2 during the period in between ordering and delivery. The cost for quite simply a very moderate quantity of food was astonishing! Additionally Jade must have contacted a major player in the salt mining industry to have accomplished a dish such as mine. Quite frankly i could have drank Buxton dry throughout what should have been my regular 7 hours sleep! The food that i ordered was not a complex meal by any stretch of the imagination, however i had the meat and accompanying vegetables floating around in what appeared like dirty dish water and did not taste much better either, never again!

I normally collect the Chinese my self but this week after a busy week we thought we would order. We ordered the food at 6.10 it's now 8 o'clock and we are still waiting for the food Absolutely redicious! Next week I will be going else where !

Ordered via the this website, had confirmation. When it failed to turn up I called Jade Garden. They claim not to have order and quite rudely suggested I take it up with the link company on the website. When I asked what they could do if I order now via telephone they stated well we have an hour and a half wait. I requested that as this was a failed pre order via their website could they speed this up a little as we've already waited an hour. The answer. "No this is not our fault it's the company we pay to handle that" Ermmmm....how is it not your fault then? We have used this take away a lot since moving here in 2008. I will never cross the door again. Customer service zero.
