This was my first time trying out Big Jack's. The place looked good from the outside and the guys behind the counter were very friendly and made me feel welcome. On placing my food order they guided me through the options available making it easy for me. I was able to pay by card, which is useful. It only took 10-15 minutes for my food to be ready. When I left the guys asked if I had eaten there before, which I hadn't. They were very confident and said I'd be back again. After eating my meal, they are not wrong! I will be back It was fantastic. A taste sensation! The portions are of good size, intact a large chips was actually large! I couldn't finish them all. If you are passing by or live close enough to go here. I recommend you try it. Thanks guys, I will likely see you tomorrow!!
What can I say the staff were amazing towards my family, extremely hospitable and humble bunch of lads. Food was exquisite and I recommend their tangy buy with a hint of a kick in the after taste on your chicken. My girls loved the burgers too. 5 star service with a smile and food to match. Will be going back soon for a burger myself. Halal too
Heard lots of great things about Big Jacks! Headed down from London and wasn't disappointed! Combo burger meal and the hot peri peri wings ! Food was fresh and the staff were great!
Loads and loads of yum on their menu. You gotta give them a try. Best chicken in town and they’ve got some decent burgers too.
Not what there famous for but tried the fish burger from big jacks peri peri and was an absolute delight. Lovely taste. Amazing chips and washed down with a Dr Pepper. Fantastic service.
All I can say the guys are really friendly which I now got to know very well great service the food is something else I used to get Keebab & chips on Friday after work . But now chicken burger meal the chicken is to die for then some weeks I have the half chicken meal with the garlic sauce you can’t beat it if you want friendly service & great food I recommend big jacks chicken best chicken takeaway in reading . Well done guys I will be back soon just recovering from a stroke
Best quality food in Reading, mostly recommended!! Especially the gourmet burgers Staff were brilliant with their service 10/10 for all!! Parking: There is plenty of parking near the takeaway

Only been here a few times now. And after being open for over a year now there food quality is still the same or even better. The staff is lovely and friendly. Would recommend if you are looking a decent, quick dinner or even lunch. The menu is fair not overly populated. 10/10
I had the beef burger and a week later tried the chicken burger, they were both great! The fries were tasty as well - Customer service was very friendly and welcoming, Good quality food at a good price.
