Dealing with Chipping Sodbury Fiat was a mostly pleasant experience apart from they were very busy and felt slightly rushed at first. After the negotiations of buying the car everything was spot on. We picked our new car up in the week and it was in immaculately presented . The salesman went through all the functions with my wife until she was comfortable with everything . A couple of extra nice touches was the car was fuelled up and a bunch of flowers for the wife. Would definitely recommend this local (non corporate) garage. Will up date later if we need the any after sales support.

This garage sold me a Volkswagen Sharan (VN11AVZ) for £15,800. It turned out to have many faults including low brake fluid that was possibly contaminated with water...Very serious ..The car had been damaged and badly repaired but the garage principle , David Powell. claimed that all damage and faults would be normal on a car of 32,000 miles. The independent inspectors did not agree with him and I think most people would be horrified to think that is the type of attitude shown by a garage. The law forced him to return my money which he did with with as much bad grace as possible and without any hint of apology. The car is up for sale again and he has inflated the price. I will be staying away from this garage and any business the Powell is involved in. I suggest that you deal with them at your peril. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

Some knowledgeable staff, some not so much. Seems to be pot luck whether you will get to speak to anyone. My wife visited first and couldn't find anyone to talk to about a car she was interested in. We then visited together and the only visible staff were in their enclosed office having a meeting, presumably discussing how they plan to continue making money without serving anyone...
