I spent a long time trying to find a suitable car online. From my first enquiry, Ben, the member of sales who dealt with me, was extremely helpful. I travelled some distance to view the car and they were very accommodating. I am very happy with my car and highly recommend CSMC.

First time taking my car there today for a service on my Ford Fiesta. The member of staff who dealt with me at drop off and pick up was very friendly and polite. They even hoovered and washed my car for me - win win. Will return again. Thank you!

The sales team member that helped with the purchase was great, gave me a good offer for part ex, and the car was in fantastic condition.nnThe only two points that were bothersome, the attitude of the other sales person to the gentleman making the sale seemed condescending when he made a very slight slip up with the pricing of the optional extras, a simple correction would have surficed instead of a mini-grilling.nnAnd time, I think its the longest car buy / sale Ive experienced, not helped by bank transfer speeds, but this one is perhaps nit-picky, as not necessarily the dealers fault.

I recently purchased a Fiesta and the whole experience from initial enquiry to collection of the car was superb. Justin was a pleasure to deal with and very honest throughout I travelled a long distance so was reliant on Justin's assessment and detailed video of the car prior to making a deposit. On collection the car was really well prepared and looked great.nThank you Justin!

From buying to collection everything was perfect.nNeil made it a smooth transaction and the new vehicle was presented in a superb condition.nNo pressure, no stress recommend 100%.
