Don't be off put by the negative reviews, these guys provide a sound service. I came in a few months back to diagnose an issue with my AC system, they did this free of charge and applied no pressure to get it booked in. They provided me a few options on how to sort it and have given a sound service at a completely reasonable price. If you speak to someone that is more mechanical they will always get an answer before they give you a verdict, which I find very assuring as opposed to off putting. 100% recommended this place !

Have been taking my Jaguar to JA Autos for the past 3 years. The service and quality of work is 10/10! John is always quick to answer and respond, even able to rectify last minute issues so you can get your car back on the road in no time. They have carried out all sorts works on my car from maintenance services to major engine overhaul works. JA Autos are reasonable with their prices, attentive and most importantly honest. Highly recommended, wouldn't go anywhere else.

Fantastic garage, couldn't recommend enough.  Had a problem with my cars suspension, was shown exactly what was wrong. They sourced the parts and repaired it on the day. Cheap prices and high quality service.  A week later my MOT ran out. Called them up and they did it again on the day.  Thanks guys

My car ended up at the Garage via the RAC who gave me hell for two days. I explained to John that I needed my car back urgently as I had a long journey in a couple of days. He couldn’t have been more helpful in understanding my predicament. The garage were first class and I got my car back in time to get on my journey. Everyone was helpful and courteous. So many thanks to John and the staff.

I called them in the morning, because of a small but urgent job.  I told them that, I have an MOT appointment next morning and it is very important that it will be ready that day.  They said that if I take it there, they could do it that day.  I took the car with the factory part and asked again them to confirm that the work could be completed the same day. They said of course they would do it by the end of the day.  The truth is, I should have found the place suspicious even then, as I experienced a terrible chaos.  It was obvious that some of the very young mechanics had no idea what they were doing and it was crystal clear that no one was coordinating the work.  I spoke with three different people at reception to book the job, as they kept disappearing...  Despite this, I left the car because I had no other option due to the MOT appointment the next morning.  I went home by taxi they are at the end of the world and it was raining They didn't call me all day, so I called them at 4:30pm.  They arrogantly told me that they were very busy, so they couldn't fix my car, maybe tomorrow... I called a taxi again and took my car... My car wasn't ready and I also lost my MOT appointment the next morning.  I do not recommend this service to anyone, shame on you...

I got a flat tyre on the way home at 17:15, no spare tyre or jack in the girlfriend’s car as I found out  John went above and beyond, fitted me a older tyre to get me home, I was home by 18:30, ordered me a new tyre and it’ll be fitted tomorrow, unbelievably good prices, honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience, I will only use this garage moving forward, very happy customer!

Very impressed with the service I received from JA Autos. My car broke down, they took it straight away and it was fixed within 2 days. Kept me updated all the time my car was with them. Good price too. Would recommend and will definitely be going back there next time my car needs work. Thank you so much.

Always helpful, great service and excellent repairs - highly recommend.

John is always gracious and informative,  he did great work on my Porsche and his team are always friendly.
