Just collected my FType what a fantastic job. Paul Rickard has been brilliant kept me up to date at every stage including photos as things progressed. The workmanship is fantastic and the car looks stunning again. Paul and his team of technicians are outstanding. Also a mention for Sarah on reception who was also more than helpful. Very satisfied with the quality and exacting standards of the recent repair work done on my Jaguar XF, by Paul Rickard and all the team at Jaguar ARC Crawley. Repairs took a little longer than expected due to availability of parts, but I was kept well informed of progress and given regular updates. On collection, the car looked immaculate, detailed and polished, and interior valet completed, including all necessary covid measures. Highly recommended !
Incredible service from Harwoods Crawley. Had to sort out car following a non-fault accident, my insurers had initially dealt with Harwoods Croydon for two weeks to no avail. Due to the absolutely frustrating, awful customer service from the Croydon branch I contacted Crawley myself cutting out Croydon completely. Sarah dealt with my issue efficiently and effectively and within a couple of days my car was reviewed and the Crawley team dealt with the insurers, giving me peace of mind. Communication with the customer is very important, something which is a clear priority for the Crawley branch. So pleased with the workmanship of the repair team, thank you Paul and the team. My car looks brand new! The Crawley branch is an example of fantastic service which is a rarity these days. The service given by the team is what you would expect from Jaguar; something the Croydon branch should seriously look at and learn from.
A very professional and pleasant company to deal with, not to mention excellent at making repairs. Approved by several manufacturers - Audi, BMW, Land rover, etc - you know your repairs are going to be top quality and use genuine parts. The repairs are guaranteed for three years as well. For the amount of work our car had to have, I was pleasantly surprised at the final cost.

We had nothing but excellent service from the team at Harwoods. They kept us informed throughout the process of our car being repaired and even sorted out a courtesy car for us.
Had my car repaired here. A month later I had to take it to another garage because of sloppy work, missing and loose trim, missing fixings and poor quality work. Never using again. This review will most likely get a standard response saying "our customer service manager will look into this and we'll get back to you". In actual fact I'll never hear anything about the alleged investigation. Harwoods are absolute incompetent crooks.
