Took my RS6 here due to what was suspected low oil/pressure on my DRC suspension system. Booked in by phone, and completed the job well and the DRC suspension feels like new in all modes. No more clunking noises present. Audi asked for an eye-watering amount of £££ to get all DRC suspension replaced due to one having some mist no leaks. Thanks to Camspec. Will be going here in the future for any repairs and works.
The friendliest and quickest service in Crawley. It was recommended to me by a friend and I can tell why he would recommend it to me. Sometimes garages can be funny with females and sell us services we do not require but this garage does exactly what is needed
Have been going here for over 4 years now for all my car and van needs. Expert service always recieved with advice. All repairs and work I have done have lasted and been done to a great standard. Always happy to help and the price is reasonable also so have continued to us this company.
Excellent, professional, and fixed the problem promptly. Power Steering went on the car, and the price quoted was reasonable/similar to local garages I was initially concerned the specialist nature of this company would have meant heavy pricing but I was pleasantly surprised. The colleague who took our call was friendly, fitted us in quickly and fixed the issue sooner than expected massively appreciated as this was our only car and we were able to pick the car up the next day. Would recommend.
I recently took my Audi Allroad here and they diagnosed the problem and fixed it for me for a very reasonable price. I dealt with Dave who was super knowledgable about Audi's and was a genuinely smashing fella too. I would definitely recommend.Service: Transmission
An amazingly helpful place that goes beyond the required and delivers when you need it. Our car required a significant amount of work but the end result was both cost effective and well performed. The large garages cannot provide the bespoke and personal service we received here and I can highly recommend recommend them.
Very disappointing experience... I have made appointment for MOT and full car service for 9.30AM. I've been told my car will be ready in few hours time. Before I left I double checked if it will definitely be ready before school run and I was reassured that yes. While I was in town wasting time I have received a phone call from them saying there's no way my car will be ready before school time and I should collect it in the evening. I said I have to pick my car now and I will do the rest the next day. In 5 hours they didn't even manage to do the car service When I arrived I've been told my car MOT has failed and been give a sheet with all the things I need to fix and that will cost me £760 including service. That is a lot of money and I decided to check the quote with a different garage. And thank god I did! Apparently I didn't even need to change my brake calliper and my brakes were absolutely fine! That saved me over £200. I am still shocked and upset that they try to trick people like this... So please avoid this place, specially women and those who don't understand much about cars. It is not trust worthy at all. I really don't understand why it has so many good reviews. :
