We went here for a spot of lunch whilst visiting my daughter in Blackpool. The restaurant is situated on a pedestrian high street so no par but there is parking available nearby. The menu was good with some interesting meals available, there are alcoholic beverages available here as well as soft and hot beverages. The food and service was excellent but the price tag seems a little on the high side for what you actually received. The staff were friendly and helpful and the restaurant was clean and modern.
This is the first time that me and family have eaten here, as we always used to make a bee-line for Pizza Express when in Blackpool, but that has closed down, but that said, Bella Italia really did not disappoint. The food was fantastic, and the service matched the great food. My wife is gluten intolerant, and the staff were to ensure that her dietary need was well looked after. The price for all three of us to eat and drink came to £60, that included a drink each for me and my wife, two drinks for my son, a pasta dish with a garlic flat bread fir my wife, a pepperoni pizza for my son, and a pizza for me, with a starter of breaded rice balls with crab and prawn, with an added dip, and a cookie dough gelato sandwich for after, all of which I didn't actually think was that bad a value for such a restaurant. As I mentioned before, the service was brilliant too, I only hope that these members of staff are paid a good wage for this, as it is deserved. Would I go back? Definitely, 100%
Warm welcome from staff. Great selection on the menu of starters, mains, desserts and beverages. Food came promptly and was fresh and delicious. Marked a star off due to table being set but had sticky ring marks where glasses had been and waiting staff coming to take my empty plate away while my daughter was still eating. Update: Just came across my receipt and noticed a £2.99 cappuccino that I was billed for that we didn't have. Check your bill before you pay! Have removed another star, yes I should have checked my bill but they shouldn't have sneaked it on there either. Vegetarian options: Great selection. The veggie pizza was delicious.
It was a Sunday and was very busy, people waiting in the doorway when we arrived. Warmly welcomed from a lady at front desk and within a few minutes a very friendly young man asked if we was happy with the table he just cleaned. Received great service from the Italian chap that served us, food was cooked by chefs as it should be. Highly recommend, brilliant food and great staff.
I came here with family as one of us had a tastecard. This Bella Italia is always busy, so be sure to book a table in advance. I got the Marco Polo pasta with pulled duck, spring onion and mushrooms in a plum sauce- I’ve had it before and it’s one of Bella’s best dishes. The portion size itself is generous. I squeezed in a vegan Cookie Dough for dessert- a plate of dairy-free delightfulness! The service we received was affable as well as attentive. Bravo, Bella.

Had a voucher brought for a present so as we are away for a few days thought we would treat ourselves. Great service from Dan our server. Recommended a few things and got it spot on. Was very knowledgeable. Staff, even though was busy were happy, chatty, one lady even singing which was really nice to hear! She did apologise, but didn't need to! Was nice to hear! Food was spot on, tasty and hot. Would go back
Thank you so much for the lovely meal we had .my husband always looks forward to the lasagne and when we arrived they had run out and would be ready in 45 minutes. Our server i think her name was Karen chased up a portion for him much to his delight.serve was great and everybody that served us was lively. Thank you all for a lovely evening. When we walked in the staff were all busy but immediately looked up from what they were doing to wamly welcome us and assure us they would be with us shortly. Our server was very helpful and able to explain the menu to us giving great recommendations when we asked for them. The food came extremely quickly and was delicious, portion sizes where generous and staff attentive and friendly thoroughout our meal. Every member of staff who we encountered was friendly and polite, I was also pleased to see that interactions between staff members seemed relaxed and I got the impression that everyone got on well with each other. We very much enjoyed our meal.
Poor, food was tasty not a lot of it though. Service was terrible and slow, second drink we ordered never turned up. And for god sake make your staff presentable not look like they dressed in a charity shop they should be smart they are representing your restaurant !!
