Beautiful place! There is a fountain with sculptures around. Good for picnics, relaxing, walking and exercises. There is a toilet in the entrance and a coffee shop too. The day that I visited, there was an ice cream mini truck inside of a super cool old car. The park is quite big, I didn't visit the whole one, but it's beautiful. Restrooms: It was in a good condition Dog-friendliness: There was a meeting for chiwawa dogs and lots of dogs around
The Italian Gardens in Kensington Gardens are a hidden gem. While London is bustling with energy, this serene spot offers a delightful escape. The intricate water features, adorned with statues and surrounded by lush greenery, create a truly enchanting atmosphere. It's the perfect place to relax, people-watch, or simply soak up the beauty of the surroundings. A must-visit for any London visitor seeking a moment of tranquility.
The place is beautiful on its own, it is left more of a natural rather than tidy up which adds the unique atmosphere, however, it is not what people could expect. It is a nice area of architecture but it is small area keep in mind not a must to see but if you have spare time you will enjoy it!
My favorite part of the Kensington Gardens are the picturesque Italian Gardens with their ornate sculptures and water features. Even on a cloudy and occasionally drizzly day, they were very beautiful and not crowded at all. I came in through the Marlborough Gate, enjoyed the gardens and grounds for almost 2 hours, visited Kensington Palace and left through the Black Lion Gate.
Really beautiful. Way too hot. Need shade... ppl had emergency/ helicopter to rescue. Photo spot. Fish. Ducks. Birds. Unique!
Beautiful little garden. I really liked the fountain. Too few benches, so they were all occupied. There is a toilet nearby. Also a cafe, although not very good. Restrooms: There is a public restroom nearby Picnic area: You can eat on the benches or bring a towel to sit on the grass
This beautiful section of Kensington Gardens in south west London is well designed in the Italian renaissance style with multiple flowing fountains.
The gardens were being occupied by families, and those solo, enjoying the morning as the chill evaporated by the warning sunshine. This was a pleasant walk about and a surprise to stumble upon the famous Peter Pan statue.
Really admired this park. Good place to visit and relax with family and friends. Take your time and visit all the space of this park you will definitely enjoy it. Also they have small cafe where you can enjoy scones and tea.
Italian Gardens is perfect for family visits. The park offers a blend of natural beauty. If you are visiting Hyde Park or Kensington gardens, I advise you to visit this lovely place as well. Additionally, there is a toilet very close, which you can have the benefits of.
