Bought a Truck from Gilbert & Roach Hexham through Jeff De Groot, Couldn't ask for better service, very friendly and nothings to hard. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a Truck. Thanks again Jeff and the ladies in the office a very pleasant experience.
Average just doing what they do as think need better driver's needs
2 stars because the check in from Troy was responsible. Low score, because pick up was a 10 minute wait or until someone turned up at service desk. Additional, 20 minute wait while they printed the invoice. Give yourself at least an hour if your picking up. They are unfortunately slow at this dealership.

Drive a Kenny 108, broke a L/H stabiliser top bracket on rear diff when a bolt had come adrift, not a common thing to happen but this mob had one on hand and started work Monday morning by 11.00 am had it done and was on my way to Brizzy. Good job fellas and cost was better than I thought, highly recommend this mob, not the first time I’ve used them, apart from the breakdown I don’t think the boss can grumble about the service
This has to be the place to get your trucks from. I mean Newcastle and Central Coast wide. I have worked at several different places now and all of them seem to come to Gilbert and Roach for their truck needs and wants. They do servicing, I assume spare parts and also new sales.

Been dealing with Gilbert & Roach for 20 years as a supplier of Windscreens Troy Lawrence cannot be more helpful and a good bloke To deal with but the guy on the front counter Nathanial is exceptional always helpful goes out of his way to help And he’s also a great bloke
Poor service booked in at 10am was 10 min early and didn't get the inspection done till 11:45. A simple we are busy could you come back later would have been much appreciated.
