I called in half way through a 230 mile journey with a very dodgy sounding rear wheel unit. The team were absolutely brilliant! They squeezed the car in amongst a typically very busy Monday, assessed the problem, ordered the parts, fixed the issue and had me on my way as soon as was reasonably possible. Whilst driving, a tyre pressure warning light came on. I drove into the Hexham garage and asked for help. The staff were so efficient and immediately organised for a mechanic to have a look. Within 10 minutes the problem was sorted out and I continued my journey. Amazing service! Thank you very much.

Great service, very helpful and friendly staff. Shane made the buying process very easy and smooth, Oliver had great knowledge of the cars interior systems and kindly helped set everything up for me before I left the showroom, even going to grab his phone charger out of his car for me so we could get me synced up. All round great lads, all of them are more than happy to help.

Bought a car from the branch this week and could not have had better treatment. In Sales, Shane was superb-personable, empathetic and warm. His manager, James, was as honest, open and fair so I was left feeling valued as a customer : at no point did I experience the pressure selling some other firms are responsible for, hence my wife and I using Arnold Clark exclusively now.
