Bought our first Suzuki here about 3 months ago, and have to say compared to other larger dealers and car supermarkets Jack and James' approach was very welcoming - no pushy salesmen here. They were friendly and didn't rush me or try to sell me things I didn't want or push finance. Car was one of their own probably all are in a market town like this so reassured about the provenance and maintenance etc. Feel confident I got a good deal on a reliable no-nonsense car from a dealership and would go there again for our next car.
Click and collect in place, viewed car on line and spoke to Paul. Arranged to collect and Paul sorted paperwork, etc, over phone so all ready for smooth hand over on collect day. Have used Fawdingtons before pre covid and now during lockdown, still received same high class customer care
