Just bought a Ford Focus and traded in our Peugeot. Mark and Joshua made the whole experience very pleasant. Right from the first phone call with Mark booking in the visit to see the car and going through the purchase process. Although we live relatively close, the great cafe next door also adds to the whole experience giving space to discuss the potential purchase that my wife and I needed before deciding to buy.

Excellent car dealer. I bought an older Merc CLK from them back in January, with Mark & Joshua being fantastic, giving me the same level of service as if I'd bought a more expensive vehicle from them. The car was serviced, with new front discs and pads, and MOT'd before collection, and their after-sales support could not be faulted. I would not hesitate to buy from them again, and recommend you do the same!

Fantastic help and advice from Mark at Chollerford Car Sales when we bought our VW transporter. He came highly recommended and we would also pass that recommendation on. Made a brilliant job with our conversion and went extra to make sure we got what we wanted.  Go and speak to Mark if you are looking for a car/van!!

Well, what an  excellent buying experience, Mark and his team have been outstanding. I had poor service from a few other car dealers, even though I was a cash buyer, as soon as Mark responded to my enquiry I knew that I would be buying a vehicle from him, kept me well informed all the way through the buying procedure, and astoundingly provided FREE delivery to me in Sunny Cornwall. I can certainly recommend Chollerford Car Sales to anyone looking for their next vehicle, I will definitely be returning when the time comes to upgrade. Well done to you all.

Mark was very helpful and informative by phone as I was in N. London. England was in partial lockdown at this time which made things difficult for us both but we agreed a fair deal for us both. Mark was happy to have work I requested completed prior to collection and his workshop achieved the agreed schedule so I could collect the car as planned. I subsequently had an issue with the air conditioning compressor  which Mark has gone the extra mile to resolve. Top guy, very unusual in the motor trade.

From start to finish an excellent service after purchasing a car we are over the moon with. [Even our teenage son thinks it's cool. Not bad eh?] Mark kept us informed with communication all the way through the purchase process, which was hassle free and concise. Please pass on our gratitude to the other businesses and individuals who assisted. We are very happy with everything. I wish it was always this easy to buy a car! Great communication, great value and 100% honest and straightforward. Vehicle was exactly as described and shown in the advert and had obviously been meticulously checked and prepared. You can't really ask for anything more..
