We use this company for school stage equipment, lights, sound, etc. They wrote up a report for what we needed so we could price it up, bit by bit (budgets are tight at schools). Great service and advice ,no issues.

Great price and fast delivery, really pleased with the service, would absolutely use again. (just to say I was a little worried about ordering due to previous reviews but I phoned and spoke to Owner who said they were aware that they could have done better in the past and have rectified their communication and sales)

I received the items I ordered on the next working day as advertised. I wouldn't normally bother writing a review to say that, but seeing as all the other reviews are so negative I thought it would add a bit of balance. Only reason for not giving five stars is that the delivery charges are entirely out of proportion to the cost - I paid nearly £20 delivery for a

Avoid this company at all costs: Dreadful experience throughout. Charged £10 premium of express delivery and no sign of items after a week. Repeated calls, emails, etc with no reply. Paid through PayPal thankfully so got refund but lost £10 in return postage when the items finally arrived after a week (when I had made alternative arrangements). Truly woeful. i have no idea how this bunch of cretins are in business.

Stage Gear had the parts in stock and delivered promptly. We were charged nearly £20 for shipping as the parcel was "over 30kg" When it arrived it was actually 2kg. I queried this with Stage Gear and had the reply "shipping is set by our carrier" I checked with the carrier and their records show that the parcel was posted at the 2kg rate. I pointed this out to Stage Gear last week - still no reply.
