Rude and intrusive. The work was abysmal. Managed to screw up a very simple job through pure laziness. Over-charged and demanded payment in advance. I used to come here years ago and it was great but it’s gone down hill and is seemingly trading on reputation alone.
Such an unprofessional work. I asked them to take the waist in and they destroyed my 300 pounds trousers. Had to take it to another tailor in north end road to fix the mess they had done!
Very friendly and extremely professional. I went to have my suit jacket 'invisibly mended' after burning two holes in it, it was almost impossible to see any damage after they wove the fibres from another part of the jacket to cover the holes. Amazing. Thank you very much!
Nothing about the repairs they do is invisible. They have ruined two garments and charged £50. Avoid.
