Paul and the team at Alterations Boutique are absolutely amazing!!! 6 stars!!  After buying a dress from a "reputable" bridal company and being left with a faulty zip and badly fitted straps they were unable to re-alter in time for event less than 2 weeks away.. I was so stressed and feeling hopeless. I contacted Paul my new fairy godmother he was Excellent, he reassured me they could fix my dress and in time for the event and was even able to book me in for alteration the same day. On arrival the store was beautifully kept very clean and tranquil, the staff were super attentive and I felt so at ease. My dress was even ready for collection 2 days before agreed.  Work was beautifully done and I now cannot wait to wear my new dress to the ball. Thank you so much to Paul and the team for making it all possible!! Will definitely be returning for all future alterations.

I had a fabulous experience at Alterations Boutique. I was a bit nervous about having my wedding dress altered, but Rosie was great. The customer service was very good. I felt very comfortable and they were very quick but not rushed. My dress fits perfectly. I would definitely recommend their service.

Alterations Boutique is THEE shop to go for your alterations. When you first enter the store you are welcomed and within the first few seconds you know your clothing pieces are in good hands! Julie was very attentive with my requirements and assured me that she was able to make the alterations to my request within a 2-day window. What was even amazing was I got the text confirmation to pickup my items within one day! I came in tried it on and Julie tailored it to perfection! I came for my bridal fitting for a February 2023 wedding at the start of September the year before. Nelly was the most patient and supportive attendant, and one of the most talented seamstresses. She really listened to what I wanted for my day, taking into account how I would be dancing in it, and gave her stellar recommendations. The whole experience at AB with the wider team was very calming and positive, and I can’t recommend them enough for any future brides!

I had my Max Mara coat reclined here. The quality of the work is fabulous. Reasonable cost for the material 3m and work £300. I travelled from Lincolnshire to London to drop it off and then couriered it back to me for £20. Very happy. I did have some reservations when I first dropped it off as I found the appointment choosing the material and colour quite rushed- I was in and out within 5 minutes and paid quite a lot of money and left them with my favourite coat but no regrets and very happy !! White glove experience, highly recommend to anyone who wants to alter their wedding dress with zero worry and top outcome exactly like what has been decided on!! Nelly is super friendly and highly professional and has transformed my dress from a size 8 to a size 6! I highly recommend Alterations Boutique they quickly understand your requirements and are able to guide you and make you feel so comfortable when bringing a special piece in. I spoke to Paul for ages as I was very nervous as I had just bought my partner a Canada Goose and it was to big for him but then too snap when I’m the size lower. We brought the jacket in and instantly within a few seconds they had pinned the jacket in the right places my partner was so happy with the end result he hasn’t took it off he loves it. Not just the exceptional work which was done by the amazing seamstresses it is Paul who makes you feel so welcome and that he just wants the best for you no matter what and I will definitely be coming back here for anything I need done!!!! 5 star service !!!!Service:&nbsp;Alterations
