Easy to get to, good reasonably priced parking although you may queue towards lunchtime on a Saturday. Everything you need inside from shops to cinema to eateries. Nice and clean. Highly recommended

I really like the Potteries Centre. Not as rammed as some big shopping centres. Good selection of shops, including of course, loads of jewellery and clothes stores. There is a Druckers cake and coffee shop in the middle of one of the floors, where we often take a shopping break. A few eating places. Parking on site. In busy times the car park can fill up.

Huge variety of shops. On a Sunday the multistory carpark is £1.50 all day which is great. Helpful staff if you need anything. Plenty of places to eat. Only downside is that the toilets are right on the top floor which is not helpful when you have got kids. Indoor market is also quite good.

Not a great place to visit with young children. The toilets are on the top floor and when it's busy you'll find yourself waiting for a lift for a good 10 minutes to get there. When you eventually get to the toilets however the baby change faculties are second to none, absolutely brilliant for a breast feeding mum with a toddler in tow also! If you have a buggy, you have to leave the building to gain access to Primark, once in Primark they have a lift to each floor within the shop itself but not to the shopping centre .. bit of a ball ache to be honest. And I'm sure I'm not the first to admit they've gotten lost multiple times trying to find the car in the car park!

Always love the potteries centre(and my 12 Yr old son). Seen it grow from child and hold some good memories in that place. Great array of shops for everything you can possibly think of. A pleasure to walk through or sit in a cafe, in or out and just enjoy Hanley. Great shop's, great people and great value.
