Always a friendly helpful place, good range of clothes

Hired a wedding suit recently great friendly service .suit was perfect and great looked fantastic.the staff could not have been more helpful great experience can't fault them.

Went with my husband to buy a suit for a wedding this summer and got fixed up straight away. Great service, knowledgeable, attentive, friendly and their selection is second to none. A brilliant customer experience that you can only get from independent shops. Highly recommended.

Poor customer service at no point was it explained the process of having to "build a suit" prior to coming to a prearranged visit where we had discussed on the phone wanting to try on suits Waited over 20 minutes to be seen for this appointment by a man who was nothing but sarcastic and handed us a booklet of suits to build online and to come back. No apology after travelling for 45 minutes and paying for parking. Wouldn't waste your time on such service. No response to email of complaint even though posting on their social media

Dealt with both Dave and Colin for the hiring of tails for our wedding, both were beyond helpful. The tails themselves were brilliant quality and the service was fantastic. Highly recommend, thank you!

Love Chaplin's in leek  worse thing to happen to Cheadle high street was Chaplin's closing . Went for my wedding suit fitting and they were very helpful , and patience my I add , really nice selection of suits to hire or buy and all your normal clothes , shoes etc as well , highly recommend to all

A great little shop... Great customer service... It as a good traditional gentleman's tailoring shop feel to it whilst catering for casual clothing at the same time..  I really liked this shop and will be using it again...
