Two years on and my drawer and wardrobe set continue to fall apart. I put this down to the warped and mishapen pieces I was sent. At the time of building I ordered several replacement parts and customer service did send those parts along, very swiftly, but these too were distorted and so my drawers sag, and the fronts fall off no matter how strong a glue I use. Pieces arrived scratched and scuffed from the first delivery and throughout the ordeal. The wardrobe is not deep enough for standard shirt/ hanger widths so the doors won't close. I would say you get what you pay for but I paid several hundred pounds for this rubbish. Go to IKEA instead - at least it holds up! Avoid.

Worst experience buying furniture ever. Customer service was a joke, rude and full of false promises. I had to constantly chase them up. Purchased an oak set of living room furniture and a set of wardrobes in May, only just getting the delivery of the wardrobes (3rd replacement set on 5/9/16 - and it's still the wrong order!) The oak tv unit, side table and coffee table - Firstly no one in-store informed us that it was self assembly, there was no signs up to say it would come flat-packed and no member of staff made us aware. Secondly, the furniture came with horrible, very noticeable marks on it. Upon calling the store to complain that I was unhappy (this did NOT look like the condition of the furniture I saw in the store) I was told I would have to have a visit to insure I was telling the truth. The visit revealed I was and a new set would be delivered 6 weeks later. New set arrived okay and was kept. The wardrobes is where the real joke began. Delivery drivers were rude, and when assembled my daughter overheard them saying they were scratched inside and on the doors but they had no intention of telling us. When confronted we were told the store would call us to arrange a new set. They didn't call, I had to chase them up. Was offered an appalling £25 off a set that cost me over £400. I refused and a new set was promised to be delivered 6 weeks later. The new set arrived just as scratched as the last, I was then told I had to wait another 6 weeks. I didn't hear from the store as promised, had to go in to the store to chase them up. Was again promised a new replacement set... delivery men have just arrived with replacement doors instead (the damage reported was inside one). So, I still have damaged furniture 3 months after initial order and 3 attempted fixes. This company doesn't seem to care and the staff have been rude, careless and unhelpful. As a hardworking person, spending good money to have quality furniture instead of the usual MDF Argos offerings, I feel let down and utterly disappointed with this experience. I've since spent my money elsewhere and had hassle free experiences and have recommended to all family/friends/neighbours to avoid this company at all costs.

Placed an order for a new Oak Table and 6 chairs. Was told estimated delivery date was 12 Dec. One week after placing order, decided to increase number of chairs ordered. Was very pleased that the table and all 8 chairs were actually delivered 2nd Dec, 10 days earlier than expected. I received a text to say it was due to arrive and was then able to arranged and choose the day for delivery. Excellent friendly service. Would highly recommend store.

staff in store had very good product knowledge--also exact on when would the bought goods be available and when they would be delivered. we were phoned 1 hour before delivery to say the delivery was on its way on the day when delivery was promised.The delivery staff were excellent in the bringing the furniture into the house and positioning it exactly where requested--they then checked over the furniture to make certain there was not any damage..---everything was first class from start to finish.
