I'm so impressed by the service this company provides. They went to great lengths to source parts for an item they were mending for me and took their time to get it right, not rush it out. They kept me informed at all times and despite their extra efforts kept to the quotation that they had given me at the outset. An 'Old School' sense of service that you really don't see anymore. I was just passing in the process of my work and I saw these beautiful silver earrings as a little gift for my partner. The lady in the shop couldn't have been more helpful and even gift wrapped them for me. Browny points galore from my partner when I returned home on Friday evening. Such a pleasure to buy from such a lovely shop where the customer really does come first
