Appalling service. Discriminated and penalised us for bringing it to their attention that the bathroom fitter they had assigned to us was happy to undercut their installation price on a future project. Extremely overpriced. The installation manager is happy to abuse his power and refused to arrange to fit the bathroom giving a patheticly weak excuse. Very unprofessional and more than happy to give our money to another company after the way we've been treated.

Bought some end of range mosaic tiles as a border for our bathroom tiles. I needed extra but there were none left on the shelf. I asked b&q employee Philip Calder if there were any left anywhere in the shop. He was brilliant and immediately searched the top shelves and found some. He was so helpful and pleasant and saved the day. You deserve a medal Phil! Thank you.

Disappointed in customer service. While queuing 7 deep ,1 checkout girl called for assistance twice,no one came ,a qu'er suggested a label problem and the young girl called for a price check,a blonde woman from the offices came down and was taken back because she was tricked and commented I wouldn't have come down ,I thought it was just a price chech.we all just smiled in disgust, then she tried to sell me 2 free magazines ,for a pound,when I said no thanks she commented to the que behind me she could sell these for a pound to anyone and laughed. I am a quiet guy and don't like to be the centre of attention,when I left the shop people commented to me laughing at me and saying he should complain.

Very pleased with the help from staff. Not too happy about plants l was after. Not looking too good. It was very hard to find 4 good plants 4 for10 pounds. Needs more looking after.
