Yes Dr Sharma is really rude and her ego is too big. There are some other GPs here which you should avoid, they dont let you speak and prescribe Paracetamol regardlsss if you have a headache or your limb is falling off. But Dr Roy is one of the best GPs I have come across. I am not registered here myself, but my mum is. Yes the reception is really hard to get through to because they're so busy, but once you do, the reception staff are brilliant. They will try their best to get you an apt, even if it's late. Yasmin and Uma are really good with how they deal with patients, really friendly and empathetic and so understanding. So the five stars is only for the reception staff, sorry.
Absolutely an earful! Booked an appointment for to hear what my blood test are and they said they cant say them so I have to book an appointment and yet I was only two minutes late to the appointment and yet they said to make another appointment l. They are sloppy, very poor service and also they don’t even bother nor care about their patients. Definitely white folks do a better job than these brown people, they are one of the most ignorant and arrogant people you will ever cross, and that is coming from a brown guy as well! Avoid this service, even infirmary offers better hospitality than these money pinching idiots
I wish could give ZERO to this practice. This practice should definitely be closed down. Very rude staff and terrible Doctor. Authorities should investigate about this practice, management, doctor and staff need to be replaced or they should be trained to provide good service to patients in a polite way. In the past this practice was begging people to join them, but now there is no respect for patients including doctor and other staff. It must be closed. Very Poor service, this is why many patients are leaving this GP. They take on young receptionists who are in-experienced and do not know how to speak on the phone they turn off the phone line which shows this firm do not care about their patient they are just there for the wages. Absolutely appalling needs to be investigated and new management needed. Also doctor should be removed as well
I shall be leaving this surgery due to incompetent receptionist. And trying to get an appointment is hard to even get through they want to know what is wrong with you yet they not medically qualified yet they advise we should go to A&E but your not urgent enough to see doctor but when you need to see doctor your not priority urgent cases are so when are you suppose to be offered an appointment. They cant even get a repeat prescription right never mind anything else.
Wish I could give a zero. This practice has NO sense of urgency at all, also do not bother calling them if you feel your issue is severe because they will suggest an over the phone appointment instead of a physical evaluation. On top of that the receptionist who calls hardly speaks any English and this is a genuine problem when things are being miscommunicated which concern health. Looking back I should’ve read the reviews on this place as they are all terrible. Clearly needs new staff or just closing down.

If I could give it zero I would, you cannot get through and when you do an automated service says they are busy, try later, goodbye and the call is disconnected. And when you do get through you can't get a "same day appointment" and all they can give you is something in a week. This can also be cancelled or you are there for an hour or over waiting for you the appointment you actually booked.
Abysmal surgery with incompetent GP’s and staff. Dr Sharma is one of the most confrontational, inconsiderate GP’s I have ever come across. Rude, snappy and doesn’t care less about the problems you have come in for. When speaking with a young child dealing with mental health issues, her response was ‘what do you think a GP surgery is.. a magic show?’ dismissing the sensitive problems I had disclosed with her. Her remarks in many of our appointments with her has not only made me anxious about going to the surgery, but has made my conditions worse in the long run. Her lack of care makes me question how these sort of doctors deal with vulnerable patients or those who can’t speak English to speak up for themselves. The job of a GP is to serve and care for your patients, but not once have I felt like dr sharma has provided any sort of patient centred care. She has belittled me and my family on numerous occasions, passing off very real symptoms as ‘oh that’s normal, why would you come here to show that’. She has no sense of empathy and I would not recommend this surgery to anyone. To top it off, the receptionists are rude and incompetent. If you even manage to get through to them, the appointment will be a waste of your time and energy. If you’re looking to join here, don’t.
Called for telephone consult and another appointment whilst i was still on the call with the surgery the doctor called and left a message saying that i did not answer so i will have to make a new appointment. I called back straight away took me 20 minutes to get through to be told to call back another day since i missed my appointment. What a joke that same doctor last week i called told me to call back in one week and didnt do anything then. And today just cancelled my appointment.
Absolutely rubbish service lying to customers when all you want is the truth I switched to this doc because my mum said one of the doctors is good but since switching I have never been satisfied with the service so will be switching to someone else
