Innovation Aquatics have been a great choice as a supplier of hardware and livestock. I have jumped to a much larger tank and they really stuck with me and even went to pick up the Aquarium from the Midlands when the supplier chose a terrible freight company. Above and beyond the call of duty! I can heartily recommend them. My tank is pretty bare but at least it is here and all set up thanks to Luke and Mark.
Great shop and a great place for support and advice. Good range of fish and corals at good prices. Can order in equipment if they don't stock it. Highly recommended.
Our more local aquarium supplier stopped selling marine fish having used them for many years. I was impressed by the reviews this shop had so thought I would give it a try. I am so glad I did. The people in the shop were so helpful and knowledgable. They had a good selection of marine fish even though new stock was due in 2 to 3 days later. I was very impressed and will certainly be revisiting.
This is the best marine shop around. Staff are always very helpful and go above and beyond to help. Amazing selection of soft and hard corals and everything in between. Beautiful fish, very healthy. Love coming to this shop. Would highly recommend to anyone. 10/10. Keep it up guys,
Bought a shrimp and a few snails, died on the way home. Thought I'd pop them in the tank to try save them as instructed on the bag. Brought them back as died then was told to bring a water sample which was not stated 9n the receipt or bag. Just said 24 guarantee if instructions were followed which they were. Police were call when I tried to get my money back after following every step to the point. Don't buy anything here if they die which mine did on the way home they won't do anything about it and have a horrible attitude when questioned on the return policy.
Great shop they are always ready to help. They will try their hardest to get in what ever you need . Great stock and great prices. I would highly recommend visiting
Very helpful staff, very knowledgeble. Good selection of tropical fish. I really enjoy my trips to this place. Staff were a great help when I was having issues with ammonia and nitrites. The prices are very reasonable too. Highly recommended using this shop for all your fish needs.
The aquatic specialist that helped us, Emily, was absolutely brilliant. She advised us on a few things we needed to do with our tank and advised us on fish to buy to compliment our tank. All round customer service was amazing and the prices of items were a lot cheaper than mainstream aquatic centres. Something we haven't found elsewhere. That alongside the personal customer service you receive this is 100% recommended place for all your fish needs.
Fantastic one stop family run shop for all your marine aquarium needs. Always super helpful and knowledgable with any questions I have. Definitely best in the area too
A great little shop with a very good selection of fish and corals. Friendly and helpful staff. I would highly recommend a visit.
