Very helpful, give me all the advanced advice I needed on my arowana I brought from them. Unsure of the women's name but she was very helpful on all the times I've been in there. Not bad prices and not a bad little shop

This place should be closed down,item purchased did not work and ask for replacement or refund but the manager refused and ran out off the shop,when i called out for him to return and talk about it he replyed F-Off.

Many products on the shelves were covered in dust and VERY out of date, by many years. The area at the back where the preformed ponds, statues and other outside equipment were, was very disorganised and cluttered. I hand to step over stuff to look at the preformed ponds. I did not buy anything and I would not return. No wonder this place is separated from Hilliers. I would imagine that Hillers would not want to be associated with it.
