Great restaurant on lower Fishponds Road.  Very clean and tidy, staff friendly and welcoming. Food excellent. The lamb was nice and tender in the Dhansak I had and the rest of my party had no complaints. Prices were quite low compared to other places I’ve been to recently in Bristol.

First time trying this lovely takeaway. We ordered meals for 6 people, it was ready within 45 mins for collection. Sadly we were missing the naan bread and poppadums but they realised immediately so before i had chance to contact them they,rang me and then delivered the missing items whilst the food was still hot! Onion bhajis were delicious crispy and not greasy, fresh salad too. Main dishes were the best I have tasted in  long time, I'm so impressed will definitely be ordering from here again. Thank you

This place used to be amazing. We really not enjoying our food, as my partner says almost unpleasant. I’m sorry but it is what it is I hope that things change. Regards James Hellmann

Used them on & off for years! But this is now my go to Indian, decent food, delivery always on time, & great value for money.

Just got my first order and all I can say is wow clearly a madras curry taste amazing and very good value for what I got, fast service what more can you ask for thank you do much for giving me hope for my future curriesFood: 5/5

Food's lovely, it's insane value for money, and Ali the waiter could not be a nicer guy. Always greets you with a smile when we go to collect and takes great care of us when we sit in. Definitely recommend.

Curry was fine.  Service was terrible. If there's 6-10 people then go somewhere else.  We had a party of 8. Was about 30 mins wait for drinks. Another 40 mins for poppadoms. Another 40 mins for mains.  Only other table in the place had 2 people on it.  No idea why it was so slow

This is a long overdue review. Have been eating here atleast once a week since the last lockdown lifted. Food is fantastic and waiter ali and all staff are friendly and professional. Eat in or takeaway always a great curry!

Saturday night I thought let’s try them. Used Just Eat to order. Delivery time an hour. Nearly 2 hours later I opened the fridge and started munching left over pieces from two days ago. I thought my bad I might have gone through the breakfast menu and will get Sunday roast instead. Suddenly a car stopped outside window, I thought a friend from Reading has arrived who left at the time when I placed the order. To my surprise, it was the delivery driver. I opened the window as instructed when ordering to deliver at window the guy was driving off and signaling the food is at the door. Surprised. Brought food in, opened bag of chips, a cool breeze touched my face. Most chips suffocated been in the bag for long. I ate some. Persian biryani wasn’t spicy and when I read the name “inner fire” again, I solved the puzzle. It’s not the food, it’s what they create in their customers heart with their delivery time. Just one disagreement. Instead of Just Eat I should’ve looked for you on Just Wait.

We are regular customers and love their food, They know how to cook & serve professionally. Never had an issue with their food in these few years of ordering. Hats off to the chefs/delivery drivers and floor staff for doing a great job. Highly recommended place to order from!!.
