The food was so overcooked. I ordered chicken makhani which had half of the meat pieces burnt to black, the rest were so dry. We also order lamb biryani which had no lamb meat in it and the rice was dread-full. We also had stuffed parata which was so burn that we barely eat some. The lamp biryani was swimming in oil. When i picked the food up I noticed that the same person who served me was also cooking. He literally told me to wait and I saw him going back and cooking. Which explains why the food was so overdone. I do not think I will be ordering from this place again.
I ordered in. They delivered within said time. Food quality was alright. Food quantity was good. I liked that they did contact free delivery. When I ordered in, I was not given an option of card/ app payment but was told to pay by ONLY cash on delivery.
Absolutely rubbish food with horrible customer service.I wish I could give rates in minus. We ordered paneer tikka masala extra hot and aubergine hot with garlic chilli naan on friday night. Recieved order after nearly 2 hours. The paneer curry was sweet and aubergine was uncooked.The naan was wet and rubbery. We called restaurant to pick food up and refund our money. Guy who called himself a manager name was sahil was extremely rude and unhelpful. He said he has paid £7 an hour to driver so he is not going to refund our money or give any kind of compassion. After an argument he said he will give 1 free curry next time. When we refused to accept the offer he disconnected the call. I would not advise anyone to use this restaurant.
We've ordered 2 takeaways online via "just eat" and the service, the food and speed of delivery was nothing short of excellent. The food is fantastic. Just wish Saag Aloo was on the sides menu.
This is one of the many local Indian takeaways near me, but is the most friendliest one. Always helpful to recommend dishes based on taste too. Always use when I have a need for an Indian dish :-
I order for 4 people it took nearly 3 hours to arrive after numerous phone calls, when it did arrive there was a curry missing, the lady at the shop said I could have 2 free currys with my next order, which I order tonight but refused to deduct the 2 currys, I won't order from them again.. lost 4 customers!!
Nightmare with these guys, food arrived over an hour late, several things missing and all cold. Offered a free curry next time and for the rest of the cold food to be delivered, told them not to bother, shame for all that food to go to waste. Really disappointing.
Bad. I order my food about 20:00 and after half an hour they cancelled my order. No one cares that I came from hungry and needed a food. Never again.
Nice food, portion size small, i understand contactless delivery due to CV but my food was left on the floor outside the bin room, not ideal.
Great first experience with Radhuni, delivery time was well within quoted time, food was delicious - definitely will order again. Thank you
