Nice strong Ale

Great pub with a location on Harpenden common. Short walk from the station and has a variety of seating inside the pub, restaurant or extensive beer garden.

Nice pub, friendly staff and we even got to let a bulldog on our way out, dog friendly pubs are the future!

Great service this week especially after the new changes came in, they coped really well always with a smile.

Waitresses very pleasant. Covid regulations adhered to well. Best part of the meal was the cider. Gammon too salty, chips too greasy, halloumi covered in greasy batter, onion rings decided not to try. Just an overload of grease! Not a good experience.

Brilliant meal and great service would highly recommend

lovely meal such good service and so relaxed all sticking to rules but not so you feel stressed x will go again x
