Fantastic gym! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming - staff and clientele alike. Health checks from Luke are very informative, he is a wealth of information and guidance, you feel confident with his expert knowledge you can make huge strides towards your health goals. Moreover, coaches are personable and motivating and tailor workouts to make them enjoyable and varied. Classes range from yoga to strength and endurance. Overall the effect is a gym experience that feels positive and addictive. You'll want to go back again and again.
I joined Inferno Fitness on the personal training membership. The gym has a personal feel to it. The people are friendly and all the coaches and staff are super helpful. The gym has great floor space and a good variety of equipment. I signed up to the PT membership because I have not done any form of strength training for years, so I need support in improving mobility and technique. My personal trainer has been brilliant in adapting exercises to my needs. I would definitely recommend the PT membership if you are starting put new. I supplement the PT sessions by doing 2 to 3 of the general classes per week. The classes are small and the workouts are great! Another great thing was the health assessment I did with Luke included in my membership. He did a thorough assessment of my body and we had a good chat about my goals, nutrition and mindfulness. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone with all abilities. It is much better than the mainstream gyms. Great stuff Inferno Fitness
Inferno Fitness is such an awesome gym with fantastic coaches. There are a variety of different classes offered by Inferno fitness to be enjoyed by all. These classes leave one feeling proud and satisfied with what they have accomplished. I started PT sessions with the amazing Ana and have noticed a lot more progress in my overall fitness journey.
I have been training here for a while now, and it is the best gym I have ever been to. The trainers make you feel so comfortable, the classes are excellent and effective and fun at the same time. The whole environment is such a cool space and it feels like being at home when you are there. I love this gym and it has helped with my mental and physical health. I would recommend this gym to anyone!!
I have had a brilliant experience so far. The staff is incredibly friendly and goes above and beyond to provide assistance and support, ensuring that I am able to consistently improve my fitness. The comprehensive health check provided valuable insight into my current fitness level and helped me set realistic and achievable goals for the future. The equipment is well maintained and the facility is clean and spacious, which is a big step up over previous gyms I have attended.
I've been a member of Inferno for a couple of months and have attended a couple of classes per week. The classes are always a challenge in a good way! and the trainers have all been very knowledgeable and supportive. I've also just had a fitness check with Luke, who clearly knows his stuff and I know will help me achieve my goals at the gym.
Fantastic gym and people - bit sceptical at first as it’s been a while since I’ve been to a gym and quite a big guy but Luke was very helpful and supportive as are the rest of the staff. I have PT sessions with Ana who is very knowledgable and provides enjoyable sessions and seeing results! The gym is pretty unique and has more than you need - also very clean - I’m glad I’ve joined the inferno community! If you’re unsure, just do what I did and walk in and speak to a staff member and they’ll be more than happy to walk you round and talk about your needs!
Inferno is a great gym, the staff are very knowledgable, understanding and approachable. The gym offers a number of classes that are challenging but achievable for all abilities. I started the PT sessions with Ana a few months ago, which have been fantastic! Ana is a very knowledgable and caring coach, she always brings an enthusiastic energy to all sessions and drives real results.
I find it difficult to say exactly why Inferno Fitness works as well as it does but somehow it does work exceedingly well. This is the 4th Gym I have joined in the last 10 years and the only one that I have managed to successfully build a work out routine at. It has a relaxed and non-intimidating atmosphere which makes everything really quite friendly. I've enjoyed Luke's science based health checks which help quantify progress and gameify the whole fitness thing. Recommended. - Peter T
