Story

We teach equipment and mat Pilates, in the classical method as founded by Joseph Pilates. Great for building strength, tone and fitness, and to help wtih injuries, pain and postural problems. All levels are welcome! Classes are tailored to your level.

"We are a Pilates Studio located in the heart of Esher. We offer mat class at Beginner to Advanced Levels as well as Pilates for Cyclists Classes and Barre Concept. Our classes make use of a variety of small equipment such as balls, bands, magic circles and foam rollers. We also offer Private 1:1 and 2:1 sessions using our Reformers, Cadillac and Ladder Barrel."

Highly recommend Pilates Esher. My experience has been extremely positive. The studio is well equipped and the teachers are friendly, knowledgeable and highly professional. I have one-to-one sessions with Hannah, who is absolutely fantastic.

I had a lovely first class here, they were very welcoming. Small classes, all equipment is provided and they offer a variety of classes at different levels.
