PureGym Walton On Thames

Ive come from my 22quid a month Barnet pure gym and this one has absolute nothing on it and its 8quid more expensive. Poor weights facility, dumb bell only goes to 36kg - SERIOUSLY???! Personal trainer and their clients hug machines, dirty bathroom facility.

Terrible place, wanted to have a visit, booked an appointment, waited one hour since the agreed time of the visit but the guide never showed up, absolutely not recommended

As a personal trainer and consultant myself I've seen their work over the years. They are the best at what they do.

Fairly busy gym, but good value for money, especially being 24 hours.

The equipment at Walton-on-Thames is reasonable, however, it's been the general attitude of the staff here that have always spectacularly let the place down. Most of the staff (with the odd exception) are generally gormless, nonchalant and have a "Well, if you're not going to approach ME for personal training, I'm certainly not even going to so much as LOOK at YOU to say hello" kind of demeanor, which always leaves me puzzled as to what on earth the problem could be? I've always tried to smile and engage with them as a customer, but it's hardly my job -is it Danny...? It's not the cheapest gym either and so these problems need addressing urgently before they continue to lose customers and ultimately close down.
