If you ever have an IT-based problem, you should definitely see Dean. He is professional and conscientious and gets the job done in no time at all. He is also very honest and reliable. Please support small businesses like Dean's as the service that you receive is so much better.

Great job of retrieving data from one damaged phone to a new one. I wasn’t sure if it would be possible at all! Dean was really nice and helpful, he even stayed longer after shop closed to finish, which was greatly appreciated. I would recommend place to anyone!

Excellent service again! Having had several phones/iPads repaired by Dean, I hoped he could mend our laptop that had stopped charging. Unfortunately, it was beyond repair but Dean was able to identify the problem and advise us, all free of charge. No repair, no charge policy Luckily for us, it’s still within warranty so will be replaced. Great, honest service.
