Top quality gaming store providing a plethora of good offers and bundle deals! The staff at hinckley are a very approachable being kind mannered, friendly and the least pushy I've come across in your average game store! In terms of staff; easily a 10/10, helping you in every way and doing all they can to make your visit as easy and smooth as possible! However In this store in particular they are often let down by technical issues that take the form of a downed till or credit card network! Fix it game! This store has real 5 star potential! :P A real shame considering the outstanding service provided by the staff themselves! Despite this, the store is a welcome addition to the growing town of hinckley!

I took my faulty PlayStation vr to return it for a refund, what a joke, even when the store manager got told by tech support and head office she was doing everything she could not to refund me, after over an hour and me demanding to head office to make her honour refund she has no choice but to do so. Warranty means nothing in this store they will just say it seems fine to me or you must of broken it. John Lewis next time
