Went in to LFE store today, as recommended by my daughter and her boyfriend. I had bought a vape from another shop and was having serious issues with it leaking constantly, even causing bad ulcers and sores in my mouth. Went back to shop I got it from a couple of times and just got fobbed off. So I went to this shop for advice. I was served by Jamie who was extremely helpful and polite. Taking time to explain what the issue was. And giving me advice on liquids also. And I noticed that my vape was half the price I had paid ‍ Will definitely be returning and recommending.

Really disappointed with the customer service today. Cashier served a young girl never asked her for any id! Get to the till and he cant serve me because i look under 25!?!? ... I have grey hair and full beard 30+. Have never been id here before or at any of the ecigwizard stores before and have an account which obviously states my age!! Just seemed like the guy behind the till couldn't be arsed! Wont be using this company again! What a waste of time
