Really enjoyed this restaurant. It was my birthday so we booked here for Saturday night. Service was excellent. Atmosphere was relaxed and happy. Definitely will be back.Food: 5/5
Travelling from Leicester on business and Leicester has won more curry awards than any other town in England. This place is definately up there I had the garlic chilli chicken, beautifully grilled chicken plenty of it and plenty of sauce. Just spicy enough to keep me on the edge of euphoria. Nice friendly waiter greeted me and had a beer while I waited, which ended up being free as its 20% off when having a takeaway. I travel to a lot of towns for work across the UK and always try the local Indian usually I am disappointed or spoilt because the competition in Leicester is so fierce I'll definitely make sure I stay in Buxton again because I know I'll have a good meal in the evening!
Very well located in buxton with easy access from the Palace hotel and also from the station. Restaurant may get busier after 7 so booking a table is a better option than just walking in. We chose couple of 3 course meal option available before 7pm and it's really a good value for money. Onion pakora and veg samosa were super yummy. Chicken madras wasn't really madras but kinda disappointing. Lamb Rogan josh was good. And their Naan bread was really the worst one can think of as its very thick and Garlic naan was better than the normal one. Pilav rice was just ok. Service was just ok with only one guy serving all the tables. Great food and fabulous ambience. The customer service experienced was amazing. It will be worth trying food from here. Always recommend and ask for Mr Mo Many thanks for the welcoming service
We went here last night 25.06.2022. The staff were very friendly and very helpful when placing order. Food was lovely and very reasonably priced. Would recommend going here but i would book to ensure a table as quite busy
Food was excellent but the manager was very rude. We were group of 14 so he was not happy to serve us because of larger group. We wanted to visit next day as well but he told us not to visit as they were more busier next day. He seems not interested to serve larger group. Will not visit again.
Lovely restaurant the food was great and very reasonably priced. Staff where really attentive. We would highly recommend for anyone visiting Buxton.
When ever we’ve been in Buxton always dine here , always lovely meal , excellent service and cosy surroundings , only trouble is , they don’t open Monday or Tuesday !
Very friendly, helpful with the choice of food, Delicious food...absolutely great Indian Restaurant Come here for years and Will definitely come again.
