Nice food, slow service and quite pricey, but overall good food

I have read the short print and now understand ASAP to mean As Slowly As Possible. Waited 3 hrs for an order to arrive before I caved and ordered from somewhere else. No point ringing "the subscriber you dialled cannot answer the call for the moment". Online suggestion, order online and pay by PayPal. At least you can ensure a refund. Not the first time we've had troubles here, certainly the last. Other than name, no reason to buy here, food from the others on the market simpler, cheaper, tastier, and delivered with far less issues and fuss.

Dominos Buxton you are a JOKE! After ballzing up repeated orders and I mean the same ballz up over and over we were given a £25 credit to our account. We last ordered in sept so not that long considering, have just rung to order but thought id check first and guess what, no record of issues or credit and also no-one that works there as a manager called Shaun so, if you're out there Shaun......shame on you... and big shame on dominos..... How are you still trading?? SERIOUSLY Lol have just seen on maps that it says Dominos Buxton longtime delivery...... Longtime!!!! Ahahahahaha How long??

Really terrible service. The dough was only partly cooked. On phoning to complain the member of staff didn’t believe me !!! Finally said I could bring it back. Didn’t remake it, just heated it up a bit more . Unbelievable!! Never going to the Buxton branch again .

Good pizza and good value but service poor. Couldn't even give change from a £10 note for a £7.99 pizza. Staff training and general organisation poor.
