I have been letting with Lawson & Thompson for a year now and couldn't be happier! In St Andrews there aren't very many letting agencies and of those few of them are very good. I have heard horror story after horror story but not with Lawson & Thompson. Alex and James are both so on top of everything. They strive everyday to make life for their tenants better and easier. The new online system for reporting problems at their properties is super efficient. I reported a problem and it was fixed within two days. Not only are Lawson & Thompson professional but they are also extremely kind and genuinely care about their landlords, properties, and tenants. Couldn't praise them enough!!

The great guys at Lawson & Thompson Ltd take care of any issues in a prompt and professional manner. They take a genuine interest in the satisfaction of their clients. You are always made to feel most welcome in their office at any time - no question is too small, or request too big. I wouldn't want to rent a property in St Andrews without having them to help us along the way. I look forward to continue renting with Lawson & Thompson.

Lawson and Thompson shine brightly against the host of other letting agencies in town. The application process was fair, painless and very quick (they have videos of all of the flats to check out on their website!), as was solidifying everything after the decision had been made. As far as being a tenant goes, any concerns that came up were dealt with extremely quickly and professionally.

These are guys that know what it's like to have to go through the application process and genuinely care about their tenants.

The only negative is that they don't also have properties elsewhere for when I'm finished my time in St Andrews.

The team are very friendly and the set-up is great for students. What stands them out from other letting agencies in the area is how approachable they are. Any issues we have had have always been responded to quickly and without fuss. They were also very flexible with our lease, letting us keep our things in the flat over the summer holidays.

I have been with Lawson and Thompson for one year know, and they have been a pleasure to let from in every respect. All of the minor issues that have arisen, such as our unique trash pickup, getting desks for the flat, and all other small issues, have been dealt with professionally and very promptly. After letting from another landlord two years ago who was difficult in many ways, my housemate and I have realized that Lawson and Thompson really are one of the best ones out there. We have personally met James, Alex, and Wendy, and they are all nice people. 5/5 would rent from again.
