We are a small, family run property letting agency which operates within St. Andrews who specialize in student lets.

Story

Operating since 2003, Town & Gown Property Letting Services Ltd have been offering high levels of service to the student rental sector of St Andrews. We mix a high staffing rate and massive amounts of experience to offer the best possible letting experience for both Tenants and Landlords.

We function on the belief that the property letting industry is too focused on simply doing the bare minimum and overloading agents, resulting in an overall poor standard of service. To combat this, Town & Gown has kept its staffing levels as high as possible, resulting in both satisfied clients and happier staff.
