26/10/22. Absolutely fantastic experience dealing with Mr Oliver Fox, a genuinely warm and friendly man. Very, very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Oliver and Louis Dealership Manager have made the whole experience of purchasing a new car something extra special indeed. A lovely greeting on reception by a fantastic receptionist who also makes coffee to die for!!! If I could give this Dealership 6 stars out of 5.....I would! Anthony has been amazing throughout the process of purchasing the car. Although the car was delayed as everything has been and to no one’s fault, Anthony kept us informed at all stages, and even when there wasn’t an update to give. The service was friendly and professional and nothing was too much trouble. The process was quick and easy. The ladies at front of house are hospitable and welcoming. Anthony and the team could not have done more for us. I would recommend VW Macclesfield to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle, especially Anthony.

Great friendly service, a big thanks to Russell, Louis and the rest of the team, they were uick getting all the paperwork etc sorted so didnt have to wait long to pick up the car. The whole process from start to finish was outstanding, always available if you have any questions or concerns. Great touch with the video of the car at the beginning and great that they give you a ring the day after to see how your finding the vehicle. Would definitely recommend them to friends/family who are looking to buy a new vehicle

Had a few initial minor problems with my car upon handover. However these were soon rectified. I dropped my car off and was given a courtesy car. All these issues have now been sorted. Was a little bit disappointed as I had asked for some floor mats, these were agreed when the deal was done. I never received these when collecting the car, also I had mentioned it again when it went in to be looked at. A salesman did find me some mats but they are not correct for the model as they don’t line up with the holes on the floor. But overall a good experience. I found the whole process super easy and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

We were looking for a first car for our son. Ollie was fantastic, he turned around a difficult situation into a very positive experience, going above and beyond expectations in terms of advice and customer service. Our son is delighted with the car. Highly recommended!

Anthony is a real credit to VW. My family and I have purchased several cars via Anthony. Very knowledgeable about the products. Before and after sales service is 5 star plus. Extremely professional. Always goes the extra mile. I will definitely be making my next vehicle purchase with Anthony.

Great service. All the team based there appeared welcoming, polite, and friendly. But not overbearing. Special mention for Adam who skillfully helped me find the car that suited me best i.e. Golf Style TSI. I'm very pleased and feel happy about contacting the dealership again, if/when needing further help/advice.

I have dealt with Inchcape Macclesfield for a number of years, i wouldn't go anywhere else. They are so so helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Wes on the Service desk is fantastic he does a brilliant job. In fact everyone at your branch in Macclesfield are brilliant.

Fabulous team and brilliant service the site is a credit to the Volkswagen brand! The management have certainly got an amazing team and nothing is too much trouble for them to do will defo be returning next year when we replace our 2nd car thanks to Adam, Luis &Johnny the General manager for ensuring we obtained the best deal within our budget and we love our new car
