Having visited various dealerships it was a great delight to visit bristol street motors in Macclesfield and be dealt with in a friendly professional and courteous manner, especially Greg in the sales department. I would highly recommend anybody to visit here before purchasing a vehicle.

Best experience of dealing with a Ford dealership by a long way. When I explained to the sales manager I would be travelling a considerable distance to view a specific car he assured be it would be ready to test drive and this was the case (and not the case at other dealers). The manager made a small error of detail about the vehicle but quickly called me back to correct himself. At the dealership I dealt with Jake. He showed good knowledge about the vehicle, a passion for the brand, relaxed humour and was not pushy (something I find very irritating). I might suggest that customers get to view/drive the potential purchase before other paperwork is completed (such as part ex value etc.) which would be less time consuming if the vehicle is not the right one for the customer. That said Jake is a credit to the dealership. On collection of the car Jake and the team were organised and the car was ready on time. He was prepared to spend as much time as was needed in explaining the Sync-2 computer system.

Took my van here today for a full service, very happy! Jonathan looked after me and the staff really friendly. Sent me a video health check and gave me a free valet 👍 Recommend this place, knocks spots off Trust Ford in Stockport who didn't even get my van serviced after dropping it off the night before. Will never get my Vauxhall serviced at this place again. Totally incompetent staff (Emma being the only name I remember). Was ready to buy a new car too, but decided to purchase through the Harrogate/Knaresborough branch instead. I will continue to travel to that branch for the annual services also.

Greg was very welcoming and polite. Thoroughly explained everything stage by stage. Professional yet friendly. Would recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a car.
