Having purchased my own parts for my Alfa I booked the car in to have the two upper suspension arms and two new springs fitted. The upper arms have two bolts each to undo the old ones and I supplied the two new bolts with the parts for the new. I was absolutely mortified when I collected the car to be told it had taken 6 hours to undo three of the bolts!!!!! I was then charged £50 per hour each of the six hours! £300 + vat for three bolts!! I asked if when they are doing a days job is it not capped and was told no it's £50 per hour!! Needless to say my car won't go back to these Muppets again... daylight robbery, be warned! The amusing thing is that I had work done there earlier in the year and said I just wanted to find a reliable honest garage to care for my car. WELL IT AIN'T THESE GUYS!! Stay clear.
